This toaster works very quiet and toast evenly the issues I have experienced are that a lot of the bread today is to long to fit. You have to push the toast down into the slots.

I bought this toaster based on some statistics claiming best value for the money..
What I found is that it toasts unevenly every time -very inconsistent. Even on the lowest setting sometime slices are burned black. So I have to watch and pull it manually before the fire alarm goes off cause if I leave it by the time the bread slice pops out the whole kitchen is filled with smoke!!
Great color and design -function sucks..

The only drawback to this toaster is that it should(must) be unplugged when not in use. I haven't had a real toaster for a long time and I am enjoying crisp evenly toasted bread.

Burning toasts on one side

The toaster has too much power. Its not a bad thing if not to follow included recommendations and use lower settings. Toasts came out slightly burned at the buttom. If pieces are small, you have to turn toaster upside down to extract them. Works well on thicker pieces of bread and bagels.

It is very easy to use and easy to keep clean My kids find it very easy to use as well. It is the most powerful toater I have ever owned to date! I love the appearance.

For a two slice toaster, this product works well. Evenness of toasting could be better but it is acceptable. Have only used for a couple of months, so I cannot judge how well it will last. Slots are not long enough to accept very large slices of bread but are wide enough for bagels, etc. Since we bake some of our own bread, we sometimes miss having our previous long slot toaster.

Cuisinart 2-slice toaster

This is a good product for a two-slice toaster. I needed this for my mother who can't get around too well. I put this in her room and she uses it every day and likes it very much.

I love the size, color and shape of the toaster. It looks nice on my counter but I am disappointed in the quality of the toasted product. This toaster toasts unevenly and the bagel setting does not work; it toasts on both sides of the bagel instead of just the cut side. I am currently looking for another toaster to meet my toasting needs.

Great Toaster

First came across this toaster when I saw one in a rental condo recently. I fell in love with it so much that I ordered one while I was on vacation!! I loved the fact that it handled all type of "toastable" items with ease. My favorite part was the pick your toast level and the reheat buttons. They are awesome. Works great on bagels, waffles, you name it.

All items come out evenly toasted consistently. I can not wait for my father to come out and visit me. He is the ultimate toastmaster, and while he may be taken back by the electronics, I am sure he will be in love with the toast quality!!

Does the job

Easy to use, convenient toaster. Like the cancel feature to pop up toast when you think its done. Toasts evenly and great for bagels.

We are disappointed that the toaster toasts unevenly side to side of the bread and cannot be adjusted.

It's a good looking toaster and very functional. It accomodates thick slices/bagels but due to the larger slots, it does cause uneven cooking for smaller items such as english muffins and thin bread slices.

I've had several toasters over the years, but this is by far the best. Good settings for a variety of items, but not complicated. Even my 4 year old can toast correctly what he wants. Definately a great purchase!

Cuisinart Toaster

A good toaster, with just enough options for toasting different breads and bagels. Nice temperture control which produces evenly toasted breads.

Awesome toaster!

At first glance my husband was wary of getting this toaster, but after getting it and using it often he really enjoys it. I liked it because with kids I can reheat their toast if they were not there at the exact time to get it. It can take big slices or little slices and there is a setting for everyone's taste.
Would for sure recommend this product!

Very pleased with toaster. It toast bagels and toast very evenly and is just the right size.

Quiet operation, with easily set darkness dial. Uneven browning at first, but better now after several uses. More compact than I thought, but this is a good thing.
