  • Works great but a little akward

It works great and I like it, but had to give it a 4 because it's akward to use. the controls are in the back. Also I can't tell any difference between the pulse and the chop features. But it's the exact right size I need and the bowl holds as much as I need with no leakage. I'm a very casual cook, but I use it for chopping when making chinese food and soups. It's also very helpful when I have too many onions and green peppers left over - I chop them all up and freeze them in a zip bag, then just take out a handful of frozen whenever I need. It's a very attractive little chopper. I like it and will keep it. I have a big brand new food processor that is on the shelf in my clothes closet which I never use because it's just way too big for me and for my casual cooking. But I will get loads of use out of this little chopper.

    I recommend this product.

  • Perfect Size!

I held off from getting a food processor because they take up so much space. I loved this smaller one at first sight, but was afraid it would be too small. Definitely not! I fit an entire can of chickpeas and almost two cups of packed basil in the bowl. I like how a single piece of garlic can be chopped without getting pushed to the side like in a bigger processor. I always wanted a Magic Bullet, but read mixed reviews about them breaking, so this was a good alternative. I have a Kitchenaid mixer and blender, and have never had issues with either.

    I recommend this product.

  • When you can make salsa, rinse, then make guacamole in the same appliance~that's all it takes to become a super-star in our home!
This chopper is larger than my last model and works much better. It is perfect for small batches.
To clean, simply wipe down the base and toss the rest into the dishwasher! Easy clean-up is a huge plus. I am more likely to use an appliance if it doesn't require a lot of work on my part to do so.

    I recommend this product.

  • The right size

Efficient, sharp blades. Pureed the pumpkin beautifully and did a great job on the fresh cranberries sauce. Just the right size foe cooking for two or more and doesn't take a lot of storage space.

    I recommend this product.

  • Small, but powerful.

I really am impressed with this mighty little food processor. Worked very well after a bit of trouble figuring it out on the second time I used it. It was easy to clean as well. My newest favorite kitchen gadget.

  • Purchased the advertised "food processor". Was surprised to receive a "food chopper". I called custumer service and was assured this was correct, but I think this should be clarified.

  • Kitchen Aid mini food processor

The counter top convenience and efficiency of use is most convenient. The appliance has served me well to date. The smallness is very appropriate for my cooking needs. I use it quite frequently to chop and puree. It makes nice guacamole and salsa recipes. I had to hunt through the archives for an older recipe collection for this appliance to become familiar with operational pulse times before I made a mess of things. However, even with out the recipes guide, it is very easy to pick up quality usage for nice results. There is no big need to worry! Though it would be nice if Kitchen Aid prepared an updated version of the recipes and included them with the purchase. Thanks, satisfied customer!

  • Not what I expected

I found the food processor to be difficult to open and close and so I never even tried to put any food products into it to see how well it would process anything. I felt that if I had so much trouble opening and closing the top with clean dry hands, then it would most likely to be more difficult if my hands were wet. I returned the unused processor within a few days after receiving it.

  • Great little processor

I had a name brand large food processor that hated me! It would never work for me, and was extremely frustrating! I bought this one because I believed a small processor was all I needed in most situations and I trust the Kitchen Aid brand. It is easy to use, just the right size for most jobs without emptying and refilling, easy to clean, and looks nice in my new kitchen. It LIKES ME!

    I recommend this product.
