It doesn't get much better than this if you like the starchy stuff. Let's review:
Buy rice. Maybe some nice rice, like Jasmine or something. Brown basmati if you're feeling a little kooky.
Measure out a level cup. Rinse it.
Put it in the rice cooker.
Fill the cooker with water to the indicated line.
Maybe if you're feeling saucy, sprinkle some salt and a pat of butter in there.
Hit the 'menu' button to tell the thing if you're cooking white or brown rice.
Hit the 'cook' button. It sings to you.
Walk away.
It sings to you again when the rice is done. Fluff it. Easy boys. Just fluff it with the rice fluffer they give you.
Oh, and the thing never makes a mistake. Perfect rice, every time. Dagnabbit that's beautiful.
One last note - it is a nice looking appliance as well. Not that I sit around the kitchen ogling my appliances all that often, but as appliances go this one is pretty sharp.
Just as described. Perfect rice every time, no burnt or scorched, and most important of all, no aluminium pot to cause future medical nightmares.
Super simple and easy to use. Beautiful to view and easy to clean.
I can't believe I waited so long to purchase a true Zojirushi cooker.
I returned this item and purchased a larger size. My complaint is that the description does not explain carefully the amount of COOKED rice that this size
produces.
The rice cooker works perfectly for a small family. The only drawback is that it's a little bit expensive.

Yes | No Report Violation »From the Cooking.com website I thought the rice cooker I was ordering was a different one, one that used induction heating. Not so. But the fuzzy logic on this cooker works very well. Some adjustments of measurmentsneed to be made to get the individual results sought, but once this is done the machine repeats the results very well. Easy to use, clean and mantain.
