Purple, Pretty, and Practical

I was very pleased on receipt of this lovely oval Casserole dish. It is larger than I expected and cooks quickly and evenly and is easy to clean.

Anyone who purchases this piece should be pleased with this dish not only for its excellent appearance, but for its even and quick cooking in a 350 degree oven.

This covered casserole is wonderful. It has many uses and its availability in white makes it very elegant looking. It matches with my white dinnerware set perfectly.

love the attention paid to shape, quality, potential use of all the casseroles and the bubble/browns. Also love the colors. Color coordinating daughter's and my own cookware. Doing blue and yellow for the table and blue and red for cookware (daughter). For me, I'm doing yellow and orange for cookware. Just purchased owl dish set. Waiting for it to arrive.

I've already used this twice and i'm looking for more casserole recipes to make in it lol. The bottom is not glazed so I allowed plenty of time after it was washed to use it the first time to dry. I'd guess this might have caused some of the cracking that others talked about? The handles are nice, The lid does only fit one way snuggly. I could bake with the lid on either way but the fit is more snug one way versus the other. But if your looking for a nice baking dish this is one. I'm thinking of buying a second, maybe smaller one. I have small kitchen and storage is a problem. But for the price, worth the buy. And of course cooking.com has it to you in a flash.

Another successful Rachael Ray Product

As soon as this showed up at my doorstep, I took it out of the box and made a whole chicken and roasted veggies that night! It did fit a 5lb chicken in it with potatoes, onions, carrots, and celery. The lid was great to have so I didn't have to transfer leftovers to another dish, I could just put the lid on it and store it in the fridge. And of course it's dishwasher safe and oven and microwave safe which is great for multipurpose usage! I'm a new Bride and can't wait to make many more meals for my Husband and I.

I love the size of this casserole. The lid fits great. I will be using it for a big family gathering soon. I can fix everything in one pot instead of two. That will free up my other pots, so I can fix different things. The color fits right into my kitchen theme.

I expected better quality,I was expecting thicker stoneware. I was going to return the products,but taking it to fed ex it was going to cost $62 to return.

Disappointed in Rachel Ray Casseroval

I was excited to order, but disappointed to receive, the Rachel Ray Casseroval. The lid doesn't fit; therefore, the steam will escape when using the dish for roasting. I had expected better from this well known cooking show hostess.

4.45 qt casserole

They are hard to find and this one is great. Light weight, easy to clean and it will do a double batch of macaroni and cheese.

This is a gorgeous cassorole dish. Cooked a large cassorole beautifully and so pretty to serve in. I carried this dish to a party in the Racheal Ray's large stowaway carrier. It fit snuggly but worked perfectly.
