This cookware is just beautiful. I used it last night for the first time and it worked fantastic. It is a nice generous size and the lid helped keep the food hot when I moved it from oven to table, and then we moved it to the fridge later for saving the leftovers. A very useful addition to my kitchen!

The fact that this casseroval is eggplant just enhances its appeal. It is wonderful to cook in, easy to clean and always looks great on the table. Rachel has a knack for creating cookware that works and works well. Her products become the go to items in my kitchen. Having the helper handles raises removal from the oven up several notches. My oven mitts work better with these handles.

I didn't know that this casserole could not be used on the stovetop as well as in the oven. It is not made clear in any of the descriptions of it online in their advertisements and I would not have bought it if I had known that. I first discovered that fact in the product insert when I received it.
