*Really* sharp knife!

You might want to calibrate this review knowing that I've never owned a good sharp knife before, but this knife is amazing. You can almost just sit it on top of a tomato and it will cut right through just like that. I'm a bit nervous about damaging it (can't use it on hard foods, for smashing garlic etc.), but it's a lovely product.

Best knife ever!

This is a wonderful knife. Bought a white one for me, and loved it so much, gave a black one for Mothers' Day. She loves it as well. This knife keeps its sharpness much longer than any other knife I own--even more so than Wustoff, Henkels, or Global. It is very light, so you don't get as tired. The white one stains a little after use, and this is why I bought a black one for my mom. She's a clean nut.

Very Sharp

Phenominally sharp knife. I bought this and am in culinary school, my minced shallots and garlic can actually come out smaller and more uniform than the instructor's. The edge wore off only after a couple of weeks though, I thought it would last longer than that. I only use it for vegetables and it melts through them.
