extra long beaters

I loved the fact that the beaters were alittle longer.I mix a lot of batters in big bowls and the length of the beaters is very helpful. I also like the slow start feature.To be quite honest there isn't anything I don't like about this hand mixer!

I've only used it once but it seems to work as well as Cook's Illustrated found in it's comparison of "top brands". They also referred to cooking.com as the place to buy.

Underpowered Mixer

This 220 watt mixer is underpowered, but the only one I could find in the price point with the features I need. I've already burned out two of these in the past seven years. I use a stand mixer for all my heavy duty mixing and expect more from this machine and company.

I've ordered two of these

I had a good experience with the first one I purchased, so ordered a second one for a second home. I have had no problems with it.

Great little mixer!

I like the Cuisinart 7 speed mixer a lot. I used it once so far. The order came in record time and in great condition. This is a huge improvement over the one it has replaced as that was a nice one of a different brand but it had one problem. It was defective inasmuch as it ran on only one speed...fast! I had no control over it. It was sort of new and looked nice but didn't do what I needed it to do. Now the new Cuisinart does everything it should do with perfection. I'm a happy cook!

hand mixer

I thought the beaters wouldn't do as good as my much older hand mixer did,but worked very well..hope it last as long as the old one..over 40 yrs,different brand..I'd recommend it...

Disappointed

This is the firt time that I chose a more expensive hand mixer. I am disappointed because the mixer is heavy for me - I have a disability. Also the mixer vibrates more than my old inexpensive mixer did. I ordered becasue I trust Paula Deen and the mixer was on sale.

Very please with this purchase and would definitely recommend it. Was looking to replace an older (put still functioning) hand mixer, but needed something to get through heavier cookie mixtures. Old mixer had the thicker metal beaters, but this has the thinner ones. At first I thought how could the thinner beaters do the job, but am very surprised and pleased how well they whip. I used the guide setting for mashing potatoes and they came out PERFECTLY whipped!! I liked the professional rating it received, all the features (swivel cord, just to name one) and the solid feel it has to it. Love this product!

Perfect Addition

This was the perfect addition to my kitchen, it is easy to use, works great and fast clean up. All I can say is I love it....

I have a kitchenaid stand mixer and have needed a new hand mixer. I finally was able to get this cuisinart hand mixer. It is great, I am glad that I chose it.

Great Whips

I needed a new beater for a long time and was not disappointed with this choice. It had more speeds than I am used to but they have a specific purpose and seem to do that specific job very well including adding such ingredients as chips, nuts or raisins that always get added and mixed in by hand.

I love this hand mixer! The slow-start function is a great feature when mixing wet and dry ingredients. The whisk beats egg whites and whips cream equally well, and does it faster than other mixers I've used.

Best buy for the bucks!!!

This hand mixer is powerful. I cannot afford to buy the big counter top stand, but I do a lot of baking and this handles the dough mixing wonderfully! I would definately recommend this product to someone on a tight budget and needs a hand mixer that works like the big guys.

This mixer is the best for the price. Varrying speeds which automatically start on low; so no flying food. The power even allows for mixng mashed potatoes. The beaters are wire shaped, rather than the old fashioned ones. This helps greatly in mixing all ingredients with nothing getting stuck in the beaters. Definitely, the best hand mixer out there for the price. Thanks!

I love this mixer...very light weight, quiet, mixes well, easy to clean. It is a very good product for the price.

The mixer has all the power I need for those quick jobs. Still getting use to all the speeds. I like it.

Great value for the money

I was so impressed by the power of this little work horse. The first time I used it was to mash potatoes - it whipped those up in no time. I am very pleased with this purchase.
