Modern day helper for any kitchen

I have made a loaf of bread every 2 days, I've made spinach pasta, and twice made the French loaves. Oh my gosh. After having a different brand for 12 years, I am blown away by how great this machine works. My family loves the normal sized loaves. It makes for better sandwiches. I love the ability to change the crust color and the size of the loaf. The wheat cycle gives the bread extra time for rising. The quality of the machine is rock solid. I appreciate the accessories (the teaspoon/tablespoon, the cup, the brush, and especially the hook for pulling out the paddles). Everything cleans up quickly. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone.

Bread is BAM-a-licious!

This bread machine is a great value! Every loaf I have tried in it has come out moist, not over-browned, and delicious! Even baguettes and cakes come out great! Everything has the right texture - the cakes have good crumb, the baguettes crisp on the outside and chewy on the inside, and the bread texture is great for sandwiches!

Things I would have liked to know before I purchased:

Best bread machine I have had!

And, I have worn out 4 machines. That is how much I use them. This is a wonderful machine. I love the large capacity. However, I use the machine for a dough machine, not to bake in it. I have used the baguette cycle and the loaves were great and I will use it again.

I love this breadmaker!

I love to cook, but have never really gotten into making bread. This bread maker is everything Emeril said it is. Everything came as promised and after 3 weeks I have tried several recipies, including bagettes. Thanks Emeril and Tfal for delivering a great product at a fair price. Something that does not happen much these day's.

Delicious Recipes

My husband has taken on the delightful job of breadmaker in our home and the smells coming from the Emeril's Breadmaker are wonderful. So far our favorite is the rye bread.

Seems good so far...

We've had this for a few weeks and made 5-6 loafs. We used this so far as only a dough kneader. Works well so far. Not too loud. Has 2 paddles.

Great machine, large loaf

This is a great machine! We have made multiple loaves and scarfed them up! This machine also makes enough pizza dough for two good sized pizzas. I found a Cinnabon cinnamon roll recipe to use with this machine and it makes 10-14 yummy cinnamon rolls depending on how large you slice them after you roll them.
Can't report on the baguettes yet but plan to make them soon! Enjoy!

Im my opinion

This is our third breadmaker. We are greatly satisfied. We make bread once sometimes twice a week. We also give loaves of bread for Christmas gifts. We have not had a bad loaf since our purchase. This was a combined gift for my husband and I.

I (we) have had two different types of bread machines for a number of years.
We recently decided to guy a bread machine for our Son and his Wife and Children. They always like for us to make bread for them from to time to time. So, we decided to buy a good bread maker for them for their 50th wedding anniversary. So, I shopped around for as many bread machies as I could find.
I chose the Emerilware machine.... It apeared to be better than we had and better than any others we had found on the Internet.
When they received the Emeirlware, they were happy to have one of their own.
When we saw and tasted the successful loaf of bread, I was also very pleased of the delivered bread in appearance, aroma, shape and taste.
Needless to say, we will be ordering one for ourselves.....

Just Average!

I saw Emeril on a shopping channel use this breadmaker and thought it looked a good buy for the money. However, after using it mtself I found that a non lite program screen is extremely hard to read, and since the screen is also small it is extremelt difficult to set the correct programs. The basic white bead turned out great, but the brioche did not rise and burned on the outside, it was like a brick. I liked the kneading feature and will probably use that, but bake in my oven. This item will be great when the design flaws are worked out.

great product

since i have received this product 2 weeks ago i have made well over 20 loaves of bread.. it's everything that they said it would be.. it's also nice to have a machine that makes 3lb loaves and has the two mixing paddles..

Great Bread Machine

I ordered the Emeril White Bread Maker and couldn't be more pleased. I've owned a bread machine in the past, but was very disappointed in the poor performance. I decided to go with a product that Emeril would put his name on and am so happy I did. The instructions/recipes are easy to follow. All you have to do is add the ingredients in the order listed and you will have great loaves of bread!

So far so good

No problems yet. I have made 4 2-lbs. loaves with the light crust cycle and it is just right. All the accesories are nice to have, includng the baguette maker. To make a better shaped 2-lb. loaf, the dough should be manually distributed before rising; otherwise, it tends to be a little loop sided. I will use mine to make Christmas gifts again this year.

Great Product

This is a great bread maker. Easy to use and clean. So far we have not had anything go wrong with it. If you know what goes into the bread that you buy at the store you would never buy from them again. Buy this bread maker and KNOW what you and your family are eating.

Wonderful bread maker. Bagette feature is the best - every bagette has baked to perfection. Machine is very easy to use, instructions are simple and clear. Having used a bread machine for the past 14 years this is undoubtedly the best one on the market. I would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone and feel that the while it might cost more than others on the market you definitely get a top-quality product making it a great value.

Easy as Pie... and Bread!

This breadmaker makes wonderful bread. It is VERY easy to use - you just can't make a mistake unless you don't know how to read. We are extremely pleased with it and would highly recommend it to homemade bread-lovers everywhere.

Health issues?

If you are counting carbohydrates, perhaps this is not the machine for you. The loaf sizes are large (2#, 2-1/2#, 3#). If your household is small (one or two people), you will have to freeze portions of the loaves, because bread is high in carbohydrates and even if you cut the slices thin you will have a lot of bread you shouldn't eat and you will have to deal with the excess. The machine works beautifully, but there seems to be a limited number of recipes for these size loaves.

Tried 2 and will not try 3!!

Decided to try the Emeril after trying the Command Performance from another site. We had not tried a breadmaker before and figured after all the years they have been out they would have the "bugs" out of them, that is not the case.
The first loaf came out with 1/2 of it not raised and there was a terrible oil type smell from it. So tried it again figuring the smell had burned off. Same result on bread and the terrible smell was still there. The terrible ugly odd shape of bread you cannot be proud of. Returned it and recieved another one. We put all the mixings into the pan and got ready to enjoy this breadmaker and it is dead!!! Power light lights up, timer counts down but nothing else happens!!! I will not try another one. It is being returned for a refund and that will be my last T-fal appliance!! Total JUNK!!!!!!

Have since purchased the Zojirushi and we are 110% satisfied with it!! People spend the extra money you will be glad you did.

Operation of Bread maker

I had another brand for years and was very sad when it died. I ordered Emeril by t-fal and am very pleased with it. It is set for the perfect size, color etc. and makes a wonderful big loaf of bread. I'm not excited about the basic recipes as they are too dry but went back to my old recipes and they work just fine. Hope it lives a lonf time.
