This is a very well made and easy to work cheese grater but it is hard to clean. You need a small brush to get inside it.

I have been looking for this for a long time. I love it, it is simple, grates the cheese without stress. Easy on the knuckles. Does a good job.

Having gone through several other graters, I find this one easy to use and durable. Good value for the price and I highly recommend it.

I purchased this to replace a 15-yr. old plastic grater. Things have certainly improved. This grater is easy to use and the knob on the end of the handle rotates freely. Definitely a plus when grating a good amount of cheese.
