The fresh, zingy taste and aroma of Falksalt Wild Garlic Crystal Flakes allows you to make a masterpiece out of every dish. Dress your steak, roasted vegetables, or baked potato with a sprinkle of Wild Garlic flakes. Dust Wild Garlic over mashed potatoes for a hint of flavour. Use Falksalt Wild Garlic as an easy alternative to crushed garlic.
Falksalts are made by evaporating pure sea water until there's very little left but salt. We clean the solution and then let it simmer in large pans until flakes emerge. Carefully raked out by hand, it is then sealed in our unique packaging.
Falksalt Natural Crystal Flakes is considered by many professionals and food enthusiasts to be the finest salt money can buy. Use it as a finishing salt and experience the crispy sensation next time you cook. Or, when marinating your next meat dish, prepare it so it achieves its full flavour potential: score the edges of the meat and sprinkle salt on liberally to reach the inner core. Allow meat to absorb the salt flavour and cook as desired.
I read others' reviews of this product & decided to try. I've used it on fish, vegetables & beef, very very good. I would not use as a finish, but rather prior to grilling/baking, or thru the cooking process, as the salt is very overwhelming if not. really love this.
