Pretty much replaced my fullsize oven!

Decided to give the XL Digital Convection Oven a try after reading all the reviews and very happy I did. Had it about 3 months now and use it all the time. I haven't used my full size oven since buying the XL Digital Convection Oven. I live in the mountains in Colorado so we don't have air conditioning and in the short summer months I didn't use my oven at all. With the XL Digital Convection Oven I can bake, broil, and roast and it doesn't heat the house. I really love this oven and it cooks almost perfectly. The crumb tray is very nice as it's easy to remove and clean. If I were to complain about anything it would be that the bottom side of toasting be more like the top side (the bottom of toast is a little lighter than the top) but that's the only complaint I have.

Easy to use. Love the big handle. You can select how many slices of toast you want. It think was worth the money, since there's only 2 people in my house. Now I don't have to use my big oven anymore.

I have only had my oven for a few weeks and have only used it twice. Both times were for items that I had to get into the oven but there were no spots available in my primary oven. The items cooked evenly and efficiently. I am a little surprised at the lack of an OFF button which is the ONLY reason I have for not giving this a full FIVE on the overall rating. I cooked bacon covered asparagus and cheesy potatoes with no issues and in the same manner as my primary stove. The deal was great and the oven is a very nice addition to my counter space. Very easy to use and easy on the eye!
