This is nice to prevent what you are grating to stick I spray it with a little Pam. Slides right off a tool you should have in your kitchen.

I have looked a long time to find a zester of this quality. It is 100x more productive in the kithchen than the tiny hand items found in most kitchen isiles at the mega marts.

Much to big for my needs. I found a smaller one by the same company with more features for less money. Both have the same texture for Zesting. It does zest very well.
