I use the lime squeezer and it works way better than this. The lemon half tends to turn in the lemon squeezer and you just end up squashing it. I've found if you cut the ends off the lemon it helps to keep that from happening. But, you are out of luck if you have a large lemon (doesn't fit).

Lemon Squeezer by Amco

Even with sever arthritis in my hands, I have absolutely no trouble using this lemon squeezer. Sometimes I have to roll the lemons on the counter first. It just depends on the freshness of the lemons and whether the lemons are thick or thin skinned.

Great device

This is great - works for lemons and limes - no trouble, no muss, no fuss.
Lots of juice, no seeds, no slipping, no mess.

I then use the utility scissors to cut up peels and throw the down the garbage disposal to freshen it up.

This works great even with my arthritis. Gets all the juice. I have wanted one for many years now watching chefs use it on Food Network. I'm glad that products used by your chefs are available for sale.

Unfortunately, the day after I ordered this from you I found one in a store locally (first time I had ever seen it!) It was one third the price, with no shipping charge! I felt completely ripped off. I will think long and hard before ordering from you again. I like the item itself, just not purchased through you.

Definitely gets all the juice out of your lemon (or lime), but it takes a lot of muscle! If you're not a strong person, you need something that takes less upper body strength, but its a cool kitchen gadget. So, let your husband squeeze the lemons for the lemonade and you do the stirring!

I used this squeezer for the first time Sunday. I made some lemon
blossoms (mini muffins) for my husband. They turned out great
and I couldn't have made them without the squeezer.

Great product.

Thank you.

I use this for Lemons and limes. Sometimes a slice of both in the same squeeze. A small end slice of fruit after first squeeze will wring all juice for use

Lemon Squeezer

by Velda, WV
December 29, 2008

One of the things I like the most about this lemon squeezer is how well it's made. Very sturdy and durable. It also squeezes the lemons very well so that I get the maximum juice from it. Also, the holes are sized small enough that I do not need to filter the juice to remove the pulp. I really didn't expect such good quality.

My wife and I wore out the first one we bought several years ago and decided to get another one. I highly recommend the lemon squeezer instead of the lime squeezer since we prefer to get larger limes and this one works perfect for lemons and limes. I'll wash this one by hand since the finish peeled off our first one after a few years of weekly use and running it through the dishwasher.
