Zester Grater
All the microplanes are wonderful, but this one is particularly useful as it is quite narrow and can be used easily for ginger and garlic as well as citrus. I gave one of these as a gift a few years ago, and it has been treasured.

I have always wanted a grater but was too cheap to buy one but finally broke down. I really like it.

Good product for the price. Works great. Using more zest now that I have the proper tool. Keep watching those shows on Food Network!

I understand all the five-star reviews. I have been using a standard grater/zester for years and had read about this and seen it on cooking shows. Finally bought one (love the free shipping, by the way), and I see what the fuss is about. It works flawlessly. Tried a side-by-side comparison with my old one, on both a frozen lemon and a particularly hard hunk of parmesan reggiano. The Microplane grated/zested so much more than the old one, and with minimal effort. Plus it is about twice the length so you can grate in long strokes. Great product.

I had to become accustumed to this "helper" because I am arthritic and would sometimes press too hard.I really like it now!!! I wish you sold one made by the same company that was 6". The two of them would meet almost all our needs for precise grating!!!
